Mother gets 32 years in prison for killing her 3 month old son.The woman said she was suffering from Bipolar and Postpartum at the time of the attack on her child. The defense was that she was on medication that did not allow her to be conscious of what she was doing to her child.

NEW: Seroquel has been approved to treat both manic and depressive episodes in Bipolars. This drug is produced by AstroZeneca and is now the only drug available to treat both symptoms of the disorder. I will be keeping my eye out to see what other news there is about this drug as it becomes more widely used.
