Fish Oils

I just bought a bottle of fish oil caplets 1200mg each. I am going to start taking them tomorrow and document any changes in my mood/behaviour/whatever. I hope that they do what they have been said to do.

I have not been taking the St. John’s Wort at all since I haven’t been heavily depressed for a long time. I have been more manic or hypomanic of late. It’s been torturous for my family I am sure. I haven’t enjoyed the aggravation either.
