Don’t underestimate the power of tea
I have been slacking like you wouldn’t believe in the drinking tea department. Yeah, I know, I am a tea connoisseur and I really should be drinking at least one cup of something a day.
Since I have stopped drinking tea so frequently, I have noticed a serious drop in my overall well-feeling. Green tea actually mellowed me and gave me a whole body healthy sensation. Oolong tea was good for that overall healthy feelings as well as making sure it pepped me up. I would feel pretty normal when I would drink the two on an alternating regular basis. I guess I just got tired of drinking the same teas every day just to ensure my mood would stay even. Stupid, yes. I am going to start again soon. I am just about where I am ready to do it again.
