Definitely take filing a lawsuit into consideration. There is a Peanut Butter Recall Lawsuit going on right now of which you should be aware. If you had the Peter Pan Peanut Butter with the code 2111 on the lid, then you have a right to a claim. Make sure to check out the link and put in your claim as soon as possible. No one should have to suffer just because the company was negligent. I don’t know how many people were affected by eating the infected peanut butter, but it doesn’t matter how many were hurt… What matters is that the epidemic could have been much worse and the manufacturer should have to pay damages to all parties involved.

This is part of what’s wrong with our system. Guess what folks, it happens. I had food poisoning due to the peanut butter but suing the company is certainly not the answer. Just a bunch of folks (mainly lawyers) looking to make a buck from the misery of others.
