I forgot to tell you I got the book

I did get my Bipolar Advantage book *and cd* from the contest the other day. The first page blew me away with its raw truth. I am glad that I got the book. Even if I don’t end up being bipolar when the doc gets through with me, there are plenty of insights that can be used for anyone with a mood disorder like this one. I am planning to pass it along to my best friend who has BPI as soon as I am finished reading and telling you all about it.
