Bipolar in the News: The Bipolar Gene

Researchers of the Boston Mental Health Symposium may have found the gene that causes bipolar disorder. The information is so new, there is no other documentation released right now, but at least there is hope for people to find out beforehand whether or not the disorder will be a problem for themselves.

    While it will be a good thing to have the ability to make a more concrete diagnosis, it’s a slippery slope.

    I’ve heard that some people suffering from bipolar genes have unpredictable behavior.
