Losing weight, lessening depression
I am finally seeing results in my fight against the bulge. The smaller my waist gets, the better I feel about myself in general. I am getting to see my abs again. Hallelujah! In my fight, I have been looking for something to help me lose the stubborn stuff, you know, my spare tire. I was in Walmart and they had this huge display for Alli. I had seen it on television before, so I looked up some info on it. I was surprised to find out it is one of the few diet aids that the FDA has approved.
So far, the side effects have been documented as being quite embarrassing. I am waiting to see if there is any more news that pops up about it, good or bad, before I make the investment. I must admit, it is tempting to just be part of the “test group” and see if it works for me. Although, I am unsure if I could keep within the fat gram limitations. I might end up with what they are calling an “alli oops” LOL. That would be terrible!
I do believe that exercise helps my mood, though, even if I don’t lose all the weight that I would like to lose. It’s alright, because those endorphins are helping me keep balance. I need more than just the fish oil (which I just found out they make in a higher strength than the one I currently have). I will keep you updated on how the increase in exercise, loss of weight, and fish oil helps me to keep my mood stable.

Hi,
I use a great fish oil - it is strong and doesn’t taste disgusting. It is made by Pharmax and is called “Finest Pure Fish Oil.” Pharmax adds the essence of orange so you can’t taste any fishiness at all. Google it and find a store online or one near you. If you are in NYC go to Wilner’s Chemists at Park & 41st.
Take care!
Thanks for letting me know about that! I will have to check it out.
