Popping Pills

Fish Oil pills, that is. For the last 2 days I have started down spiraling sometime around 5 pm. This means that I have to will myself to get up out of my funk and take 2 fish oil pills. They do help me to level off and not go any lower into the abyss.

    Do the holidays make it worse? I wish we lived closer so we could go out for a hot chocolate.

    I’ve never heard of fish oil pills to level off! I’m soooooo going to be purchasing some today! Big time spiral going on here! Hope you are feeling up to snuff soon! Merry Christmas to you and your family!

    If i undertand correctly, its the fatty “omega 3 enzimes” that help fight depression in fish pills. i’ve been told they can help fend off depression if taken daily…I never been able to take more than one…I end up tasting fish all day :P
