Ever get to the point where you are just tired of people? You know, that moment when you are like ” everyone sucks ” ? It is brought on, I think, by an overexposure to large amounts of loud people. This time of year I always get like that. I just wish for my New Year to be full of no one but me, my kid, and my husband. If I can have a New Year like that, it is so ideal. We usually end up being around people, though… which I don’t appreciate. It’s reminiscent of being ” all touched out ” like so many nursing mothers get after a few weeks of being grabbed at all the time by a child. I got that way, too…so I know what this is. I just wish for prolonged peace and quiet now.
